Where are you located?

Cookie Joy is a registered Cottage Food Law producer in San Angelo, TX, Tom Green County. At this time, all orders are pick up by appointment only.

Do you offer shipping?

At this time, I do not offer shipping. All orders are for local pick up only.

What is the allergy information for cookies?

All of my cookies are made from scratch in small batches and contain the following allergens: EGG, WHEAT, MILK.

How should I store my cookies?

Decorated cookies should be stored at room temperature. All cookies are heat sealed and will remain fresh in their original packaging/bags for 12 to 14 days. NEVER place decorated cookies in the refrigerator as this can create condensation in the bags and cause the icing to smear.

How far in advance should I place an order?

For fully custom orders, I typically book four to six weeks out, and even further during busy seasons like Christmas or graduation, so the sooner the better! You can always send me an email to inquire about a date; I can sometimes fit in orders on short notice. Printed orders are easier to fit into my existing schedule so please always ask about those and I'll do my best to help!

Do you offer allergy-friendly cookies?

The short answer is no, not at this time. However, I can sometimes accommodate certain requests (for example replacing traditional butter with plant-based butter or omitting red food dye). If you have a severe food allergy to a common cookie ingredient, I recommend not ordering. My own child suffers with several food allergies so I take this very seriously! Please feel free to reach out if you have a specific question about an allergy.
